One comment on “Curious Case of Parallel.ForEach with BlockingCollection

  1. Good find! Are you sure this is unique to “with BlockingCollection”? It appears to be a defect with Parallel.ForEach. If you stop (break) in the debugger after it runs awhile, there are a bunch of worker threads with the same stack. It contains references to Task, EC, Parallel, and Partitioner, but not to BlockingCollection. Did you open a case with Microsoft Connect?
